Day 443 - Petrified in My Hiatus

In a whirlwind of varying forms of self-interest, I've taken great pause in my blogging efforts. It's a mixture of many points, but the basic resistances and fears are now clear enough for me to resume writing.

credit

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear what others will think of me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to forget that I am a self leader.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to make my process dependent on the state and condition of my mind, readily allowing fear to shut me up and shut me down.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to forget the power that comes with writing myself to freedom.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to desire to create only great posts, and then choose to NOT write because I fear my writing will be relative crap.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the multidimensions of comparison, within and without, as a tool of self-diminishment.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to manifest a  lack of confidence and downward spiral of my physical process.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to slow down, and reassess where I'm at, where I'm headed, and what changes I want to make.

--

I commit myself to be creative.

I commit myself to STOP self-judgment that bars my creation processes.

I commit myself to explore the multitude of ways that I can express myself online to share my process and the cool information I've been investigating.

I commit myself to the remembrance of my higher purpose, and that I am not just writing for me.

I commit myself to make the rest of 2018, something I can be proud of, and stop fooling around.

In this one life, I have a chance to really live.

Here forward, I commit myself to continue sharing all that is me in this journey.

Thank you (for your patience).

Day 349 - Too Guilty to See Me Self-Honestly

BAM!! This is an intense point to open up. This point came up as a layer within my shortcut SF typing that I wrote about yesterday, but I can see this pattern activating in many areas in my life. So I'm going to define it for me here today, and empower myself to stop this self-sabotage pattern.

When I had chosen to not question my automated self-forgiveness shortcut program, it became something that I was hesitant to ask others about also. I stated yesterday that if I asked others about this, then I would have to actually face the point, and I didn't want to. But now, if I really slow this down, why exactly did I choose to not be open about this point in the beginning? It felt like taking a shortcut (not acceptable) and it also felt like a smart time-saver (ego, desire to move fast). The latter trumped the possibility of the former. This is another point in itself that is a general theme I've been dealing with and will continue to squeeze out of my existence until I have slowed down in fact, and am moving steadfast.

At the moment here, I am looking at an obstacle to being self-honest where instead of applying self-honesty, I disperse my attention into a guilt experience (of varying degrees) and move past the point without a real consideration. So this (ab)use of guilt has to be address. This is not an acceptable way to live.

To define this a bit more for myself. I experience guilt as an uncomfortable feeling. I get overwhelmed by it in a way and manage the emotion in that same way of moving from overwhelmed -> shut down, distracting myself with something else, or just moving on (suppressing it). It's interesting though how I even feel guilt for suppressing guilt! Layers of protecting my inner self-deception!!

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to quickly suppress my guilt and not give myself the time to really investigate why the guilt is coming up in the first place and what the common sense, best for all option really is. Within this I forgive myself for feeling guilty about suppressing my guilt reactions, and thus suppress this meta-guilt in the same way so that I can reach a level of ignorance that feels significantly better than the experience of guilt.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear guilt.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to make guilt more than what it is, and in that fear it and run from it. I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to face my guilt experience for what it is. I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to slow down, and breathe when guilt ensues.

When and as I see myself moving past or through guilt quickly, I stop I breathe. I realize that I am suppressing the guilt as a quick fix to get back to a more enjoyable state of being. I commit myself to start opening up all these points when and as I see a guilt suppression. When and as I see that I don't, I commit myself to come back to that moment in memory later in the day to get a closer, slower look at who I chose to be in that moment.

When and as I witness any particular resistance energy, I stop I breathe, and in that breath I check for the signature of guilt. I realize that I've move so fast through guilt that I don't yet have any stable reference to determine every movement of deeply buried guilt. I commit myself to self-honestly checking myself for guilt, shame, and any kind of similar self-judgment and self-sabotage when I experience myself "just wanting to move on" or feeling uncomfortable when facing a point.

I realize that there will be many points for which I will feel shame, and I commit myself to facing all of them from a self-honest starting point to discover who I am in relation to all things, and apply the living correction in alignment with what is best for all.

I was fortunate to have been able to listen to this Guilt support interview live, in my final days visiting the Desteni farm. I recommend it.

Day 319 - Time flying by

I've been in a mini rut. haven't blogged for two days. First day, I had agreed with myself that I do not want to write the blog on this night. I was tired and unwilling to pump out a mediocre post for some external sake. I realize that this blog is written by me for me. Yes, other's may read it, and maybe people of the future will be reading this in the internet archives. The potential of someone relating to my process is the only reason I write this Journey to Life publicly...I often forget that. I tend to wait until the end of the day, out of habit of doing work for a reason outside of myself, some reason other than effective self support. Dan, me, I am here to realize the nature and design of myself that I've created, accepted and allowed. Why, so I can walk the self-forgiveness process and release mental charges that keep me in polarized experience, keep me out of my breath. To reside in the moment here, within my body, instead of within a mind domain that is elsewhere, taking breath and life for granted. Distracted or preoccupied. No time for self to support self.

This is not okay. The world is on a path to WW3. There's a storm of jobless people coming, and I'm sitting in my parents house resisting my individual process with whatever excuse seems valid in a moment. There are over 30,000 deaths today from hunger alone according to http://www.worldometers.info/ (Thanks for the source Garbrielle's blog!). Time is not a luxury for everyone.

I am educated. I have heard the desteni message, and I understand the solution = my participation. With out me, how can I expect anyone to do anything. I have no excuse to not live as the solution. I realize this, yet I still allow myself to abuse time. Not acceptable.

The second day I chose to skip my writing was due to me delaying and delaying until there was not enough time to write a quality post. When I take this out of the context of time and external responsibility, it looks like I am just not willing to do what I need to be done.

I have a responsibility that is expanding as I walk my individual process. Once I clear my head, I will then be best able to support others and fulfill my equal and one role of participating as the solution. One life. One world. One problem...the mental conditioning that keeps us looping in distractions and excuses, drastically limiting our potential as the One solution.

I've recently been reading a book that was gifted to me called The ONE Thing. The key idea is that successful people have just one thing to do. By focusing on just one thing at a time, we can accumulate our accomplishment and be successful in whatever we set our minds to. A large amount of the human race is racing for money alone. Some others have made a girl/guy their one thing. Others, a sports team. For me, my one thing is the world. That's a huge one thing, and I've allowed myself to get bogged down and overwhelmed by it all.

This is no joking matter. This is the one thing holding me back right now. I need to start taking myself more seriously. How I spend each moment is a choice: Do I react within a preprogrammed set of rules within my consciousness, OR do I breathe and consider the self-honesty of myself? Will I allow the feeling to be my excuse for why I can't do it, OR will I stand and direct myself to do what is best? So simple. The faster I figure this out, the less I'll be kicking myself in the butt.

Time is flying by as I watch from the perspective of a consciousness initiated time-loop.
-- OR --
Time is where I am. Time is timeless. Time is who I am. There is only one Time, here.

I commit myself to get back into effective self-supportive writing, on the daily.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to lose sight of my one purpose, living true compassion for life. As a global-social entrepreneur.

I commit myself to the ONE thing that matters most: educating myself into becoming a living solution.

Day 308 - Intending to Wake Up

Last night when I was intending to write about 'intention', I was feeling a bit tired and intended to rest for a moment. Indeed, I rested for just long enough to have to skip writing a post that night. This brings up several points, but I'm just focusing on a particular aspect of intention: lack of doing.

When I had intended to wake up in a bit, to direct myself responsibly, later, I relinquished the moment to an unspecified future. I gave up my moment. This in itself isn't terrible, but everything going on within it is a brand of habit forming self-compromise that is not cool. It was like I was deliberately lying to myself so I could temporarily escape my responsibility.

I could apply this issue of intention without doing in many areas of my daily living - which I intend to do...

Ok, by taking a look at this, I see that I haven't specifically planned out how or when I will address these "many [undefined] areas" where I am able to stand up and move myself vs. intending, thinking, delaying.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to place tasks within intention, not realizing that I'm actually avoiding them through a string of justification of delay. Regardless of whether or not I need to do it right away, I am giving up that moment to do nothing better. I am not making effective self-agreements.

So, to get working at full strength, I need to be clear, explicit, direct, specific with myself and my intentions. Especially the starting point! Why must I set an intention and not act now? What is the 'better' use of my time in this moment? Can I apply self-forgiveness on this point and create an internal stability from which to decide and prioritize the use of my time here?

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing me to feel like it's so difficult to be clear, explicit, direct and specific with myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give into this feeling and not be clear, stable and direct with myself when the feeling comes up.

Defining this feeling: not now ex. "I don't want to" / (sigh)"really, why do it" / (tilt head to side)"I don't have enough energy [to face myself] right now" / "I can't. I am unable (for some reason that isn't clear/stable)."

The feeling lacks self-agreement and the willingness to establish it because so doing would nullify the feeling. This mind design stuff is so intriguing. Who can crack the code? I can crack the code! haha

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not be clear, direct, stable and specific with myself and my intentions.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to utilize intention to escape having to be responsible for myself in this moment.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to project the necessity of self-responsibility externally, as in feeling like I owe it to someone other than myself to be self-responsible.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not realize why I want to be responsible for myself in every moment. This would entail just living within self-agreements. I am not trying to perpetuate this internal conflict of intention vs. action, no. I am here to practice and develop a stable and effective self-application. To be self-honest.

I could go on for days. I just had a mini stress temper tantrum while trying to think about how to direct my writing next, and what to write about tomorrow and when. I stopped and I breathed. I realize that I'm only as effective as I am in this moment - which is the primary motivation to stop reckless, paranoid intention. I get paranoid that something's not right or won't be right, and then I become lost in the future - like a slow chess player that thinks too many moves ahead because he's afraid of / intimidated by his opponent.

I commit myself to bring myself back to my breath when I start to feel a need to set an intention. Future tasks that are not able to be immediately directed in some way, probably do not need my attention.

I commit myself to asking the questions: "Why?" and "What triggered my intention program?" When I find that a paranoia or some form of self-interest comes up in my answer, I commit myself to apply self-forgiveness in that moment...

Click. I understand another perspective of "living commitment" now. Instead of intending to apply self-forgiveness in some distant future when some uncertain point comes up, I make a living commitment, a lasting choice of how I will live a specific moment whenever it comes up. How does that expression go?...googling..."The devil's in the details."

Well then, I invite myself to face the devil, because letting the details slide by without attention is making my life a living hell. I can't trust myself if I am not going to be intimately specific with myself. I commit myself to assist and support myself in bringing my attention to the details and no longer skating through life just based on how I feel in that moment.

Thanks. Check out these other related JTL posts (that I read prior to writing today):

Day 257 - Character Shifting vs. Living Commitment (Part 4)

Continuing with my mini-series on Commitment:
This post is going to add perspective on how I am going to achieve lasting self-change. First point that came up: achievement. This word set off a flag for me. In the context of a living commitment, it's not something to be achieved. There is not an 'end,' per say, where I will not have to try to keep my commitment anymore. No. Very similar to how people in AA are forever a recovering alcoholic, a self-commitment that is lived, is alive and here in each moment that's applicable.

The Character Shifting dynamic of changing self is an interesting point in contrast. For example: I accumulate a frustration with my nail biting habit. This frustration is builds and I base my change in relation to this reaction. This is not real change as a living self-commitment because I am operating within the same mental construct. The basis of my self-change is a reaction to point that wasn't real to begin with. The more one studies how the mind operates in polarity, the more it makes sense how feeding the positive is the same as feeding the negative. Another example: If I'm inclined to maintain happiness, I can ask myself why am I sad. I must fear being sad or lack happiness in order to desire to be happy. One system, two poles.

The point of this illustration is to help me have the context when the moment arises, so that I do not charge a system of illusionary change, rather create a living statement of self-direction. It's not so black and white though because I am the MIND as I walk this process into the physical. I must give myself the breathing space to practice the application of my commitments. When I reach the point where I feel comfortable/confident that my commitment will stand, I will move forward with the next point. BUT, I am not done living my commitment. The mind will throw a situation at me to test me. I can't tell you how many donuts have grimaced at me (context: Day 254). The question is, will I stand?

There are still desires, movements, and triggers that activate in relation to the commitments I have upheld, and I will eventually release those as well. The key is am I able to remain in directive control of me, or will I allow resistance/desire/energy to move me? The more I build perspective on how I as the MIND operate, the more equipped I will be to thoroughly forgive the charged point and establish a living commitment. Without a comprehensive perspective, I am prone to reacting within one system and fueling a a change that will not last. The polarity cycle operates like an infinity symbol.

Tomorrow, I will continue with another dimension of living commitments and begin self-forgiveness.

A special thanks to Heaven's post I AM the Mind: DAY 330 for my writing launch pad today:
"So, many people may argue that – shifting from one Character/Personality to another within Energy/Energy-Reactions, such as from the Lazy/Failure Character (Negative) to the Discipline/Success Character (Positive) means ‘Change’, because there is Change evident within Physical Reality. In the sense that, one do in fact become more disciplined and slowly but surely assimilate into and as the Process of becoming Successful. However, what we’re going to show here is that: SELF has not changed WITHIN self, but what has shifted and adapted through REACTIONS: is one’s Mind and one’s experience within the Mind and so also the content/nature of what one participate within, in the Mind."

Day 253 - Post Breaking Point

Continuing from yesterday's post: Day 252 - Where Rubber Hits the Road, though I've been working on this point of self-directed, self-leadership since before the beginning of the year. See posts:
Day 160 - Basis of Self-Leadership for 2013 and Beyond!Day 141 - Establishing Self-Leadership.
Prepare for a long post. I'm going to hit every angle I can in this moment, and also recognize whatever comes up while I'm writing. Like, I can even recognize how I'm loaded with this energy, wanting to get this all out in one moment. There is a feeling-undertone that I've already succeeded and overcome all obstacles all at once. It's like a positive feeling reaction to realization, insight. I realize this as an energy, and I'm ready to address it, here, in every lived moment of every breath.

I've been working to get myself grounded with the physical, to be here, and be the change I want to see within my living. A lot of my struggle has been with delay, and giving into temptation in the face of any experienced resistance. Check out my my Day 140 - Delay Point Expounded to see how I've expanded my perspective of how delay affects me in such a way that I give up on myself, submit, and give all of my power over into the mind energetic movements. This is the reality of me that I have been reluctant to face, a point that's reached a new level of clarity in my recent Day 251 - Embarrassing to Underperform post.

And now, I've reached a rather interesting and exciting point in my process. I have gone through enough material, built enough context and perspective to realize who I am in a moment. Through my own self-investigative writing, through reading heaven's blog (particular excerpts to follow), and through the totality of my participation within the Desteni group, I have reached an understanding of what I need to do. What is at stake in every decision moment. How I am able to get a grip on my inner quarrel. And it's not as easy as writing this post. (An assumption I had been making that came to surface yesterday)

The Desteni I Process is not a 'push play' procedure. It's more of structured way to begin really looking at self, to develop self-honesty so that we may stand up on our own feet and thoroughly investigate the totality of self. No more fear movement to self-distraction. It's a decision of free will, to stop the determined flow of our individual destiny of comfort/discomfort via external stimuli. There are a lot of things that it is and is not, so don't let my words be the extent of your comprehensive investigation. I can't effectively walk this process for anyone but me. The ultimate responsibility for self, is here as self. Ya, you!

EQAFE has been a major support within this current realization. A small snowball started a month ago when I listened to an interview that gave perspective on how I am Deliberately Sabotaging my Own Change. Today, I enjoyed my first listen to the Atlanteans' Support part 68 - The Living of Self Forgiveness, and this particular interview was of great assistance in seeing how to handle some of key struggle points in relation to living self-change.

Which brings me to my next point of support I wish to briefly outline. The recent (Day 321-335)  Heaven's Journey to Life blogs have been supporting this same point as the detail of self-change, self-movement, self-responsibility, the problems/barriers and solution. I've found then highly supportive and well worth the investment of time. Walking with heaven's blog reveals the nature of walking one's own process: Necessarily slow and thorough, as opposed to my earlier attempts to correct self with a quick, shallow investigation and writing of self-forgiveness. "Not so fast, tough guy!" I say to myself.

Here are some key selections that I found rather insightful:

Perhaps my favorite post of the series, and one I highly recommend a full reading of:
Self Change through Self Movement: DAY 332
"First and foremost – it is to not go into that energy polarity between fear of failure or laziness that then accumulate enough from the negative to then transfer into the positive as desire. We are not saying within this that “you are not going to become disciplined or successful” - You are going to change in becoming disciplined / successful, but it is going to be done within a starting point of a decision and a commitment. And from that decision / commitment, a self movement emerge in how you are going to change yourself to practical application; not with energy, but within an awareness, with self as a starting point, with a decision as a starting point - and from that self awareness, as decision, as a starting point: one will move self and not be moved or be dependent on energy to be able to move or to change."

The last post of the series, showing how we are like sleeping observes inside of ourselves:
Waking up from the Consciousness Dream world: DAY 335
"I forgive myself that I haven’t ever accepted and allowed myself to, REALLY for a moment STOP and realize that what comes up within me in my mind, my ME, my environment, my physical body: I am the directive principle of - meaning that, there is most certainly, most definitely not another human being within me, there is not another being occupying this physical body. Therefore, that I had never accepted or allowed myself to, really have a look at the power, the ability that I have within this relationship, to ME, in terms of what I accept and allow to exist within me, as me and what not. That it was like, I was in this constant, continuous slumber or sleep, within me – you know, registering what’s going on within myself, but not realizing that I have the ability to change it.And it’s actually exactly the same, now that I look at it, in terms of what happens in dreams. In dreams, we register that it’s happening, but we don’t realize that we can actually wake up in our dreams and direct them and change them. And so within this: I commit myself to assist and support myself to wake up within my relationship to myself, in what I accept and allow to exist within my ME, my mind, my environment, my physical body – to start registering, start realizing what it is that I’m accepting and allowing within and as it. Primarily seeing, realizing and understanding that the energy polarities of the positive and negative are most certainly not the solution. I decide to be here, to live here, to ground myself, to stabilize myself within my physical body, to explore and discover and find out what it means to express me, to live me, to know who I am in every moment of breath."
I could go on, but it's pretty difficult to take a paragraph out of context and preserve the impact it had on me. So, if you are struggling at all with self-change (as most of do), take some time to build perspective on how and why it's so difficult. To understand the difference of creating a character/personality within energy for temporary change vs. a stable commitment, is priceless information. Have slow read through What will it Take for Human Nature to Change?: DAY 329 for more on that.

To sum up my realization of the day/month/several months: I am the the only one standing in my way. I am the director of my moment-to-moment movements, as well as the one that allows myself to be directed by energy of the mind as fear, desire, resistance, and every variant of felt push/pull that isn't a stable directive application of myself. Here, as one and all, I choose to act in alignment with what's best within a common sense, comprehensive consideration for every point of affected out flow. Am I perfect? No, it is a process. We must embody patience if we're ever to give ourselves the chance to really become intimate with ourselves, and work through the the creation of our characters that prevent us from considering what's best for all.

In posts to come, I'll work through the structure of self-forgiveness and corrective application in a way that is practically lived. For now, I stop I breathe, I realize that within energy I can get ahead of myself and create ineffective time-loops of self education. I commit myself to begin really living my process, my change. Thanks for the support all.

Day 237 - The "I Can't Do it" Character

Related to this theme of work ethic that I've been writing about the past few days, I'd like to take this time to begin working with the character dimensions. Why is this? "I can't do it."

Again there is this fear of failure, and it is increased because of this expectation that if I am thorough with decoding of this "I can't do it" character with all of the character dimensions and STILL fail to remove the self-limitation pattern, "then I'm really screwed."

Artwork by Kelly Posey

Okay, forgiveness game plan: first this above point, then I'll flow out some "I can't do it" SF related to the backchat dimension and tomorrow I'll expound upon the character dimensions. My lack of understanding is no longer an accepted or allowed excuse within me as fuel for this self-sabotaging fear of failure crap.

When and as I see myself thinking "I can't do it," I stop I breathe. I realize that I have reacted and this thought is an energetic relation to the external challenge  I commit myself to really stop, breathe, and consider what is practically here before I just go on and automatically think that "I can't do it."

When and as I see myself reacting toward a challenge or something new with any thought, I stop I breathe. I realize that I have created a mental system from past experience that operates in relation to my ability to succeed. I commit myself to making a note of these challenge initiated, reactive thoughts, and then moving them through into a writing expansion to determine the pattern that remains in control and in my way of a stable, breathing decision  where I practically take into consideration all relevant points that are here.

When and as I see myself moving within fear of failure, away from the challenge, I stop I breathe. I realize that I have reacted, and within this realization, I commit myself to not react in self-pity. I commit myself to either stand up and go back to face the point of challenge or to write about what happened.

I commit myself to write, write, write, until my keyboarding speed is over 55WMP, and until I am able to move my realization from the paperwork into reality through a moment of living application. Until I am consistently applying the principles of which I write, I commit myself to continue writing. Until it is done. I can do this!
